GB Machin Decimal II

This album features the 1d Black Anniversary issues of 1990 and the second series of decimal Machins with the narrower vale tablet.  Although there were a few narrow value styles in the earlier 1980s, these issues are predominantly from 1989, with the elliptical perforation issues from 1993 through to 2020.
