I can cover a range of ICT skills and courses can be customised to suit your needs. All exercises and notes are available on-line so that you can complete it at your own pace, with support by e-mail or telephone for distance learning.

I also offer bespoke training in particular applications to help staff complete tasks more efficiently and can quote to put systems in place to manage regular tasks. Some time ago, I published this great little spreadsheet course which is still being used today, even though it is a little dated now; the basic principles remain relevant.

If you'd like to assess your or your staff ICT skills then this is a tool I created as an MA project which is proving very popular.

The standard set of questions does now need revision and I can make them suit your ICT environment. The example here does, however, show how thorough this process can eb and it really does help to identify an institution's strengths and weaknesses in this respect.
